Our Guaranteed Housing Assistance Program ensures you have a safe place to live while you work toward employment and financial stability.
Through our ReConnect partnership, you will be able to search for housing options directly in the app, get matched with landlords who understand reentry needs, and access emergency housing resources with one click.
Housing & Stability Services
A good job changes everything. The Two Lives of Oscar Grant Foundation connects you with career pathways designed for individuals reentering the community. Through partnerships like the Cutting Barriers Initiative, you can learn in-demand trades such as barbering, earn income while you train, and work toward professional licensing.
The ReConnect app will put job postings, training schedules, and career counseling in the palm of your hand. Whether you want to start a new trade, return to your old career, or launch your own business, we’ll help you every step of the way.
Employment & Skills Training
You don’t have to walk this road alone. Our mentorship program pairs you with leaders who have walked the same path and know how to navigate the challenges of reentry. We also provide legal advocacy for issues like expungement, parole compliance, and navigating social services.
Through ReConnect, you’ll get direct access to mentors, legal clinics, and support groups that can help you stay on track and avoid the pitfalls that lead many back into the system.
